When I was small, I needed to cook for the family because my parents went out to earn for livings. I can still remember what my brother said, "It doesn't need to be delicious or good looking. I just need something edible." - A very basic requirement from my family hehe
Since I entered the University, my parents were retired from work. Therefore, they were the Chiefs at home. In these ten years, I hardly entered the kitchen or took care of the housework. I was fortunate.
I am a food-lover and I love cooking. I had a lot of fun during the cooking processes, even sometimes, I may not like the end product. And I needed to try, get feedback, evaluate, and do again. It is an actual learning process, and that's the same in Life - To Learn and Enjoy in the process.Therefore, I put on my apron again. :)
This time, I would like to learn to put this human necessity together with my livings and art. And this blog is my growing "membook" when I learn cooking, sharing my trial and error.
